Please visit our Order Online page to register and follow the steps. You will receive an automated response with your account number and password. If you do not receive this within 20 minutes, please check your email spam or junk filter. Please follow the instructions for downloading and activating our Coldweb app for mobile devices. If you do not receive your activation email the please contact us via email sales@dennisedwards.com or call us on 02392 673034 where one of our customer services will be happy to assist you.

When you place an order online, your order card will be remembered, making ordering much quicker in the future. You can still call us to place any orders you may have or to ask any queries, Our sales line is 02392 673034.

Our current minimum order is £75 for delivery and we do not have a minimum order requirement for any collection orders.

As long as your order is placed by 22:00pm your order will be delivered next working nominated delivery day.

We are able to offer monthly or weekly credit accounts to customers who fill in the required paperwork, please click here to fill in our online credit application form.

You can pay our drivers cash on delivery, or by card over the phone.

If you place your orders online, you can be set up for card payment at checkout, please speak with our customer services if you would like this set up or email us at sales@dennisedwards.com

We are delivering to within 40 miles from our Portsmouth depot base.

Please email us if you are unsure with your postcode and we can confirm your delivery days, in most areas we deliver 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however please feel free to call on the morning of your delivery from 8.30am Monday to Friday and ask one of our customer services team for an ETA on your delivery.

We split majority of our products down, so in most cases, you only have to order what you need!

We are constantly managing our current stock fairly, and will adjust your orders according to our current availability. We reserve the right to amend any order quantity.
